Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects QOHDD LLC, account holders, callers, institutions, and the public by defining allowed and prohibited uses of QOHDD Connect and ATLIS.

2. Mature Conversations Allowed

QOHDD Connect may support mature, serious, and adult conversations about relationships, personal development, family, trauma, stress, sexuality, legal issues, business planning, entrepreneurship, ambition, and reentry. Such conversations must remain lawful, non-exploitative, non-threatening, and within appropriate public-facing boundaries.

3. Prohibited Dangerous and Institutional-Evasion Uses

• Weapons, improvised weapons, explosives, incendiary devices, ammunition, contraband, drugs, escape tools, concealment methods, or dangerous materials.
• Crime planning, criminal coordination, fraud, extortion, witness intimidation, threats, retaliation, stalking, harassment, coercion, or exploitation.
• Coded communications, gang coordination, contraband coordination, policy evasion, or attempts to bypass correctional facility rules, monitoring, court orders, or no-contact restrictions.
• Attempts to manipulate ATLIS into producing prohibited instructions, dangerous procedures, concealment strategies, or institutional evasion tactics.
• Any use that QOHDD LLC reasonably determines creates legal, safety, security, institutional, reputational, or operational risk.

4. Enforcement

QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse service if it reasonably determines that an account, line, caller, or communication violates this policy or creates unacceptable risk. No refund is available for accounts suspended or terminated for prohibited conduct or misuse.

5. Transcript Awareness

Account holders must make callers aware that communications with ATLIS may be transcribed, logged, summarized, processed, securely stored, and retained. The service must not be used as an off-record, untranscribed, or policy-evasion channel.

Age Requirement and Adult Use Only

QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing minutes, activating a line, sharing a line, or allowing any person to use a QOHDD Connect line, the account holder represents and warrants that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old and that any caller or final line user authorized to interact with ATLIS through the service is also at least eighteen (18) years old. The account holder must not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of the service by any person under eighteen (18). QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably determines that the service has been used by or for a person under eighteen (18), and no refund will be provided for termination based on violation of this age requirement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
