It applies to account holders, callers, inside callers, advocates, users, support contacts, and persons whose communications or service records are processed by the service.

2. Information Collected

  • Account information, including name, contact information, login information, subscription tier, billing metadata, and support communications.
  • Line information, including assigned numbers, line identifiers, caller activity, connection records, and call-related metadata.

3. Inside Caller Awareness

The account holder is responsible for making any person who is given access to a QOHDD Connect line aware that communications with ATLIS may be transcribed, logged, summarized, analyzed, processed, securely stored, and retained as part of the QOHDD Connect continuity system. This requirement applies even when the final caller does not use the web app or mobile interface.

4. How Information Is Used

  • To operate QOHDD Connect and ATLIS.
  • To provide transcript-backed continuity and line-specific memory.
  • To maintain call logs, account records, billing records, and support records.

  • To comply with applicable law and protect QOHDD LLC, users, callers, and the public.

5. Data Retention

Transcripts, call logs, metadata, summaries, continuity records, and related service records may be retained for continuity, safety, service operation, product improvement, research, advocacy, compliance, and business purposes, subject to applicable law. QOHDD Connect is built around transcript-backed continuity, and QOHDD LLC does not promise routine deletion of transcript or continuity records. Data requests should be directed to legal@qohdd.com.

6. Security

QOHDD LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect service records against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Account holders must protect account credentials, security words, line details, and access controls.

7. Healthcare Privacy and HIPAA Notice

QOHDD Connect is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, therapy provider, crisis service, or emergency medical service. ATLIS does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis intervention, or regulated healthcare services.
