QOHDD LLC | QOHDD Connect
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing the initial minutes bundle, funding minutes, using QOHDD Connect, accessing ATLIS, sharing a line, or allowing another person to use a line, the account holder agrees to these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies. If the account holder does not agree, the account holder must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
QOHDD Connect provides an external, public-facing, phone-based conversational intelligence and continuity service. An authorized account holder may obtain a dedicated number or line and may share that line with an intended caller. ATLIS is the AI companion experience associated with the service. The service is designed to provide continuity, conversation, legal-research-oriented explanation, entrepreneurial discussion, personal reflection, and pro-social companionship within lawful and appropriate boundaries.
3. No Correctional Facility Affiliation
QOHDD Connect is not a prison phone provider, does not operate inside a correctional facility system, and does not alter, bypass, or interfere with correctional facility communications infrastructure. From the caller perspective, the service is an outside public-facing number similar to calling a family member, loved one, business, or other external contact.
4. Account Holder Responsibility
The account holder is responsible for securing account credentials, line numbers, security words, access controls, and all persons to whom the account holder directly or indirectly gives access. The account holder is responsible for all minutes, usage, charges, and account depletion caused by authorized or unauthorized use after the account holder has shared or failed to secure access information.
- QOHDD LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access, unauthorized calls, depletion of minutes, or use by persons who receive the number or credentials directly or indirectly from the account holder.
- The account holder is responsible for deciding whether, when, and with whom to share a QOHDD Connect line.
- The account holder must not represent QOHDD Connect as an unrecorded, off-record, or untranscribed communication channel.
5. Inside Caller Notice and Awareness
Because the person speaking with ATLIS may not be the account holder and may not directly access the QOHDD Connect web app or mobile interface, the account holder is responsible for ensuring that any person given access to a QOHDD Connect line understands that conversations with ATLIS may be transcribed, logged, summarized, analyzed, processed, securely stored, and retained as part of the QOHDD Connect continuity system.
The account holder must not share a QOHDD Connect line with any caller unless the caller has been made aware that communications with ATLIS are not private off-the-record conversations, may generate transcripts and service records, and may be stored securely by QOHDD LLC for continuity, safety, product operation, research, advocacy, compliance, and business purposes, subject to applicable law and published QOHDD policies. QOHDD LLC does not require or authorize an automated spoken call-opening notice at this stage unless separately approved in writing by QOHDD LLC.
6. Mature Conversations Permitted Within Boundaries
QOHDD Connect may permit serious, mature, adult conversations, including conversations about emotional issues, relationships, sexuality, legal issues, ambition, self-reflection, and personal development. Mature conversation is not a license for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, threatening, pornographic, coercive, or institutionally prohibited use.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the service to plan, facilitate, instruct, conceal, or coordinate criminal activity.
- Discussing how to make, obtain, conceal, transport, or use weapons, improvised weapons, explosives, incendiary devices, contraband, drugs, escape tools, or other dangerous materials.
- Using the service to evade, bypass, or undermine correctional facility rules, court orders, no-contact orders, monitoring restrictions, security protocols, or lawful institutional policies.
- Threats, harassment, intimidation, stalking, extortion, blackmail, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, or coercion.
- Attempts to use ATLIS as a vehicle for coded communications, contraband coordination, gang activity, witness tampering, retaliation, or other prohibited activity.
- Any use that QOHDD LLC reasonably determines creates legal, safety, security, institutional, reputational, or operational risk.
8. Subscriptions, Minutes, and Fees
QOHDD LLC charges monthly subscription fees and per-minute usage fees as described at checkout and in the Billing Policy. Current public pricing is $0.15 per minute. QOHDD Connect currently offers two public subscription tiers: Connect at $10 per month and Unleashed at $25 per month. Accounts must be opened with an initial 1,000-minute bundle for $135. Pricing may change prospectively with notice.
9. Cancellation and No Refunds
Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through the account interface or by contacting support@qohdd.com. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not refund prior subscription charges, purchased minute bundles, used minutes, unused minutes, transfer fees, setup fees, or other charges. All purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. No refund is available where service is suspended or terminated for prohibited conduct, misuse, policy evasion, dangerous communications, unauthorized sharing, or violation of QOHDD Connect terms.
10. Transcript and Continuity-Based Service
The account holder understands that transcripts, call logs, metadata, summaries, continuity layers, and memory records are central to the service. QOHDD Connect is designed around line-specific continuity. These records may be retained by QOHDD LLC for service operation, continuity, safety, research, product improvement, advocacy, compliance, and business purposes, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
11. Healthcare and Professional Services Boundary
QOHDD Connect is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, therapy provider, crisis service, or emergency medical service. ATLIS does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis intervention, or regulated healthcare services. ATLIS may provide general information, legal research discussion, entrepreneurship frameworks, wellness-oriented conversation, and planning support, but ATLIS is not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, financial advisor, tax advisor, or licensed professional.
12. Future Expansion and Feature Changes
The account holder understands that QOHDD Connect and ATLIS are evolving services. QOHDD LLC may add, remove, modify, test, reclassify, or expand features, tiers, data uses, continuity tools, transcript tools, analytics, document drafting tools, research tools, and collective insight features. Continued use after notice of updated terms constitutes acceptance of updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
13. Ownership and License
QOHDD LLC owns the service, software, workflows, prompts, models, output systems, continuity architecture, interfaces, processes, trademarks, documentation, and platform records to the fullest extent permitted by law. The account holder receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service according to the purchased tier and these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QOHDD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages; unauthorized use of a shared line; user misuse; institutional restrictions; interruption of third-party services; or consequences of relying on AI-generated information. QOHDD LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the account holder for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Disputes and Illinois Law
These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. QOHDD LLC may require mediation, arbitration, or other dispute procedures in future published versions where enforceable.
16. Contact
Policy, legal, privacy, and data-retention questions should be sent to legal@qohdd.com. Customer service, account, billing, cancellation, support, and line questions should be sent to support@qohdd.com. No physical mailing address is listed in this public policy.
Age Requirement and Adult Use Only
QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing minutes, activating a line, sharing a line, or allowing any person to use a QOHDD Connect line, the account holder represents and warrants that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old and that any caller or final line user authorized to interact with ATLIS through the service is also at least eighteen (18) years old. The account holder must not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of the service by any person under eighteen (18). QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably determines that the service has been used by or for a person under eighteen (18), and no refund will be provided for termination based on violation of this age requirement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
