QOHDD LLC does not provide legal advice, legal representation, attorney-client privilege, or attorney-client relationship. 3. Wellness and Sensitive Conversation Boundary

QOHDD Connect is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, therapy provider, crisis service, or emergency medical service. Sensitive conversations may be transcribed, summarized, processed, securely stored, and retained as part of QOHDD Connect continuity. QOHDD LLC protects sensitive conversation data according to its privacy and security practices, but does not claim all such data is governed by HIPAA unless QOHDD LLC is acting as a covered entity or business associate under applicable law.

5. AI Limitations

ATLIS may produce incomplete, outdated, misunderstood, or incorrect information. Users and callers should not rely on AI-generated information as the sole basis for legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, safety, or major life decisions.

Age Requirement and Adult Use Only

QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing minutes, activating a line, sharing a line, or allowing any person to use a QOHDD Connect line, the account holder represents and warrants that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old and that any caller or final line user authorized to interact with ATLIS through the service is also at least eighteen (18) years old. The account holder must not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of the service by any person under eighteen (18). QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably determines that the service has been used by or for a person under eighteen (18), and no refund will be provided for termination based on violation of this age requirement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
