1. Required Acceptance Action

The account holder is required to affirmatively accept the applicable QOHDD Connect terms, policies, disclosures, and authorization language before account creation, purchase, line activation, subscription renewal, subscription upgrade, or material feature use.

Acceptance may be completed through a single click-through acceptance button or equivalent affirmative action. The acceptance action should be presented clearly before completion and should record the applicable policy version, acceptance timestamp, user identifier, line identifier, IP address, user agent, and payment/session metadata where available.

3. Terms Included in the Single Acceptance

The single click-through acceptance includes, but is not limited to, the account holder’s agreement and acknowledgment that:

• QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
• The account holder confirms that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old.
• The account holder will not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of any QOHDD Connect line by any caller or final line user who is under eighteen (18) years old.
• Conversations with ATLIS may be transcribed, logged, summarized, analyzed, processed, securely stored, and retained as part of the QOHDD Connect continuity system.
• If the account holder shares a QOHDD Connect line with an incarcerated person or any other caller, the account holder is responsible for making that caller aware that communications with ATLIS may be transcribed, processed, securely stored, and retained.
• The account holder will not represent the QOHDD Connect line as off-record, unrecorded, unlogged, untranscribed, private from the service continuity system, or outside QOHDD Connect policy requirements.
• QOHDD Connect currently charges $0.15 per minute, offers Connect at $10/month and Unleashed at $25/month, and requires an initial 1,000-minute bundle for $135 to open an account.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, including subscriptions, initial minute bundles, top-ups, used minutes, unused minutes, and fees.
• ATLIS is not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, crisis service, emergency service, financial advisor, tax advisor, or licensed professional.

5. No Call-Opening Script Requirement

The product should not include an automated spoken call-opening notice unless later approved in writing by QOHDD LLC. Public notice and consent are handled through account-holder clickwrap acceptance, website policies, and account-holder caller-awareness obligations.

Age Requirement and Adult Use Only

QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing minutes, activating a line, sharing a line, or allowing any person to use a QOHDD Connect line, the account holder represents and warrants that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old and that any caller or final line user authorized to interact with ATLIS through the service is also at least eighteen (18) years old.

The account holder must not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of the service by any person under eighteen (18). QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably determines that the service has been used by or for a person under eighteen (18), and no refund will be provided for termination based on violation of this age requirement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
