Sensitive Conversation and Healthcare Privacy Addendum

1. Purpose

This addendum explains how QOHDD LLC treats sensitive conversations that may occur through QOHDD Connect and ATLIS.

2. Sensitive Conversation Topics

Users and callers may discuss stress, grief, trauma, family issues, reentry, personal history, substance-use history, wellness, personal development, mental-health-adjacent matters, and other sensitive subjects. Such conversations may be transcribed, summarized, processed, securely stored, and retained as part of QOHDD Connect continuity.

3. Not Healthcare or Therapy

QOHDD Connect is not a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, therapy provider, crisis service, or emergency medical service. ATLIS does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, regulated healthcare services, crisis intervention, or emergency response.

4. Privacy and Security Treatment

QOHDD LLC treats sensitive conversation data as sensitive user information subject to QOHDD privacy and security practices. However, QOHDD LLC does not claim that all such information is governed by HIPAA unless QOHDD LLC is acting as a covered entity or business associate under applicable law.

5. Future Regulated Healthcare Review

QOHDD LLC must complete a separate compliance review before expanding QOHDD Connect into healthcare-provider, therapy, crisis-service, medical-record, personal-health-record, or covered-entity/business-associate use cases.

Age Requirement and Adult Use Only

QOHDD Connect is intended only for account holders, users, and callers who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing minutes, activating a line, sharing a line, or allowing any person to use a QOHDD Connect line, the account holder represents and warrants that the account holder is at least eighteen (18) years old and that any caller or final line user authorized to interact with ATLIS through the service is also at least eighteen (18) years old. The account holder must not create an account for, share a line with, or permit use of the service by any person under eighteen (18). QOHDD LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it reasonably determines that the service has been used by or for a person under eighteen (18), and no refund will be provided for termination based on violation of this age requirement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
